For Sale $15,000.000 Dah-ling!

Can you guess who's elaborate mansion this belongs to? The blog title should provide a clue. It's none other than the fabulously flamboyant Zsa Zsa Gabor. The Hollywood Regency-style home was built in 1955 and has been visited by icons Elizabeth Taylor and Frank Sinatra as well as Queen Elizabeth herself. It is reported that the 6,393 square foot home contains more entertaining rooms than bedrooms which number at only four. The breathtaking views from the rooftop terrace overlook downtown Los Angeles, the Pacific Ocean and Catalina Island. According to Prinz Frederic the home's $35,000 per month maintainence costs are something the couple would like to do without. According to an interview with Forbes, the listing agent quotes "The home needs some work, a factor contributing to the lower-than-anticipated price tag. Realtor Choo believes that whoever ultimately purchases the estate will do so with the express purpose of rehabbing and updating the digs rather than tearing them down to build something brand new.“I would say it needs an overhaul, not in terms of the floor plan or structural changes, but it does need a remodel,” explains Choo. “I think a potential buyer would come in and spend $1 million or so to remodel that house and make it special…and bring it back to its former splendor.”
